i would kill to have your job - to be the bitch behind the screen lol- i used to be a manager for a grocery store and when people would complain to me - i would have great choice phrases in my head , but - dammit, who wrote those handbook for employees again? lol-

I get the greatest pleasure from phoning the 1-800 number of my cell phone provider and asking the invariably female voice on the other end how her day went, and could she please tell me about the bitchiest customer she had that day. lol. It's inane, but your job sounds like fun.
